Appraisal Coordinator:

Work Mode: 100% On-Site (Work from Office, No Remote/Hybrid)

Shift Timing: US Shift – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Location: Pathfinder Business Analysis (P) Ltd., 18 Trichy Road, Singanallur, R.R. Industrial Estate, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641005.

What ideal candidate should have?

The Appraisal Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the intake, review, and delivery of appraisal reports for judicial appeals. This role involves daily interaction with the Judicial Appeals team members and appraisal vendor to ensure accuracy and timely processing of appraisal reports critical to the litigation process.

What you will do?

  • Track the status and delivery of appraisal reports in the appraisal vendor's database.
  • Conduct cursory quality check of each appraisal report to confirm accuracy of key data (case number, account number, property address, etc.)
  • Communicate with the appraisal vendor regarding any report discrepancies or errors; request corrections or resubmissions as needed.
  • Electronically deliver accurate and finalized appraisal reports to law firm vendor in accordance with established procedures.
  • Monitor the status of pending appraisal reports and proactively follow up on delayed deliveries to ensure case timelines are met.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks or special projects as needed within the Judicial Appeals Division

Who are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of administrative or clerical experience in a high-volume office.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy and consistency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Must Have)
  • Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
