As we continue to grow, we’re looking for aSales - Associateto strengthen client partnerships and drive operational excellence.What You’ll Do• Generate and convert leads from e-commerce sellers, Shopify stores, Amazon/Flipkart sellers, influencers, and dropshipping businesses. • Promote our end-to-end dropshipping logistics services — warehousing, order fulfillment, packaging, last-mile delivery, and COD services. • Understand client store models, product categories, order volumes, and pain points to offer tailored logistics solutions. • Manage the complete sales cycle: outreach, demo, proposal, negotiation, onboarding, and retention. • Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships. • Track e-commerce, dropshipping, and logistics trends to identify new opportunities. • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics. • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). •1–3years of sales experience, ideally in e-commerce logistics, fulfillment centers, courier/cargo, or SaaS for online sellers. • Understanding of dropshipping workflows (order routing, inventory sync, shipping partners, returns). • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to explain logistics processes to beginners (new sellers/dropshippers). • Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.If you’re passionate about e-commerce, client success, and strategic growth, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make an impact in a growing organization.Join us at DROPDASH — where innovation meets execution.Apply now:Send your CV toAyushmee.Pattanaik@dropdash.co Subject line: Application for Sales - Associate Contact:9810776324Office Address: Dropdash, Floor 10, Office 1020, Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh – 201304
