With a customer-focused approach, the company ensures tailored solutions to meet diverse business needs and goals.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in Delhi, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining new client relationships in PUBLICATION AND PRINTING INDUSTRY , identifying business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales inquiries, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and actively contributing to the growth of the business.Qualifications- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Sales, business development, and client relationship management experience - Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and ability to meet targets - Knowledge of the paper sourcing and trading industry is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently - Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage)
