Expertise in Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10/Server troubleshooting. Strong command over DHCP, DNS, RDS, FNP, and network configurations. Exposure to VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, and backup solutions. Excellent communication & customer handling skills in a global environment.What You’ll Own: Deliver advanced second-level infrastructure support with speed and precision. Manage servers, networks, and user systems ensuring uptime and performance. Perform root cause analysis and incident trending to prevent future issues.
