Job Title: Senior Institutional Equities Cash Futures Arbitrage DealerLocation: Mumbai, IndiaExperience: Minimum 5 years in the sell-side Indian equities marketPosition Overview:Our client, a renowned and well-established broker-dealer, is seeking an experienced Institutional Equities Cash Futures Arbitrage Dealer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Indian equities market, with a deep understanding of cash and futures arbitrage strategies. This role focuses on optimizing trading strategies, managing risk, and providing liquidity to institutional clients.Key Responsibilities:- Execute and manage cash and futures arbitrage trades for institutional clients, ensuring optimal pricing and execution. - Analyze market trends and volatility to identify arbitrage opportunities between cash and futures markets. - Collaborate with research teams to develop and refine trading strategies based on macroeconomic insights and market conditions. - Monitor and manage portfolio risk, ensuring compliance with internal risk management policies and regulatory requirements. - Develop robust trading models and algorithms to enhance trading efficiency and performance. - Maintain relationships with key institutional clients, providing market insights and trade execution support. - Prepare daily and weekly trading reports, summarizing performance metrics and market analysis for senior management. - Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting the trading landscape.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in institutional equities trading, specifically in cash and futures arbitrage on the sell side. - Proven track record of successful trading strategies and achieving performance targets. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market indicators. - Proficient in trading platforms and tools commonly used in the Indian equities market. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Strong understanding of risk management principles and regulatory frameworks affecting equity trading.We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. - A collaborative and supportive work environment.Application Process:CV shortlisting followed by interviews.
