We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Equity Dealer Interns to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to equity markets, trading operations, and client servicing. Interns will work closely with senior dealers and managers, gaining valuable learning experience in financial markets and trading execution.
Key Roles & Learning Opportunities
- Assist in executing equity trades on behalf of clients under supervision.
- Support client servicing by resolving queries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Learn how to maintain trade records, compliance documentation, and MIS reporting.
- Gain exposure to client relationship management and revenue-generation strategies.
- Assist in sales promotion activities and data mining for potential clients.
- Work with mentors on trade selection, market insights, and investment strategies.
- Participate in operational and business-related tasks to understand end-to-end processes.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen interest in equity markets, trading, and financial services.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of capital markets (preferred).
Qualifications
- Pursuing Graduation/Post-graduation in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is a plus (not mandatory for interns).
