Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving client acquisition and nurturing relationships with brands. Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and initiate contact via emails, calls, and social media platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Understand client needs and present tailored influencer marketing solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Process Management: Assist in creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in influencer marketing.
  • CRM Maintenance: Update and manage client data in the CRM system to ensure accurate records.

Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–1 year of experience in sales or client-facing roles (internships included).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
