Citrin Cooperman India LLP (“CCI”), provides shared services for Citrin Cooperman. Job description & Summary:


Job responsibilities:


Responsibilities Includes, but not limited to:


  • Review U.S. tax returns viz tax returns for individuals form 1040, form 1120 and form 1120S corporations, form 1065 Partnerships.
  • Able to do tax research independently.
  • Coordinates, and collaborates with all levels of the team to ensure timeliness and effective communication on an engagement.
  • Tax processes by coordinating day-to-day interactions with the team, reviewing engagement work product, driving delivery of services to meet deadlines for client deliverables, developing internal team members, and managing the functional efforts of such tax processes.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects, effectively prioritize, manage others, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional client relationship management and client service skills.
  • Build working relationships with peers, supervisors and U.S. colleagues.



Position Requirements:



  • 3-5 years of international corporate, partnership and individual taxation.
  • CA, CA Inter, CPA, EA, MBA Finance, M.COM.

  • Initiative and sound judgement.
