Position Title: Operations Analyst

What We Are Looking

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will tackle critical supply chain challenges, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency. This role will be pivotal in solving real-time issues and ensuring smooth supply chain

- Analyze and monitor supply chain performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce delivery delays.

- Create reports and dashboards to track operational KPIs and provide actionable insights.

- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (preferably in the textile or B2B sector).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
