Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and impactful Project Manager - Compliance and Regulatory to join our team.
With over 12 years of experience, you will be instrumental in leading large, complex delivery engagements focused on compliance and regulatory initiatives within the Private Banking and Wealth Management domains.
This role requires exceptional project management skills, a deep understanding of wealth management, and the ability to navigate multi-country environments while effectively managing senior stakeholders and driving Agile-driven Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead and manage large, complex delivery engagements as a Senior Project/Program Manager, ensuring successful execution and achievement of strategic objectives within the private banking and wealth domains.
- Compliance & Regulatory Focus: Drive and oversee projects specifically centered around Compliance and Regulatory initiatives within the Private Banking and Wealth Management sectors, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry's unique requirements and challenges.
- Multi-Country Management: Take charge of managing multi-country/multi-market engagements, navigating diverse regulatory landscapes and ensuring consistent project delivery across different regions.
- Stakeholder Management: Exercise an exceptional ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively, building strong relationships, fostering clear communication, and ensuring alignment on project goals and progress.
- Agile Delivery Expertise: Utilize extensive experience in Agile-driven delivery methodologies, leading teams through sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement cycles to ensure efficient and adaptive project progression.
- Problem Solving & Analysis: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify project risks, overcome impediments, and devise practical solutions that keep projects on track.
- End-to-End Project Management: Demonstrate comprehensive end-to-end project management expertise, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Delivery Management: Possess proven capabilities in delivery management, ensuring that projects are not only planned well but also executed to meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
- Risk, Assumption, Issue, Dependency (RAID) Management: Exhibit expertise in identifying, tracking, and effectively managing RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), including robust escalation management processes.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize fundamental skills and experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, collaboration, and knowledge management.
Communication & Collaboration: Leverage excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong stakeholder management experience to facilitate seamless interaction across all project teams and business units.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in project/program management, with a significant focus on large and complex delivery engagements.
- Strong project management skills with good exposure to Wealth Management domains (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in leading Compliance and Regulatory initiatives within Private Banking and Wealth Management.
- Experience in managing multi-country/multi-market engagements.
- Exceptional ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively.
