Key Strategy and Vision:

- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the supply chain finance bidding portal.

- Align product goals with the company's overall business objectives and market opportunities.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Product Development and Lifecycle Management:

- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support.

- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback, market demand, and strategic goals.

Team Leadership:

- Mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful product delivery.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Engage with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and internal teams to gather requirements and feedback.

- Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.

Performance Metrics and Analysis:

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.

- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve the product.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure the product complies with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred from Premium Institute.

- 5+ years of product management experience.

- Extensive experience in supply chain finance, financial technology, or related industries.

- Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.

- Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing product teams.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
