We are a pre-Series A funded start-up redefining how moms' shop for home and baby products.

Manager-Supply Chain and Operations:

- We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations for our brand.

- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inventory planning, B2B and B2C, vendor management, logistics optimization, packaging efficiency, and cost reduction strategies.

- You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, on-time delivery, and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Operations:

- Manage end-to-end supply chain including procurement, production planning, warehousing, and last-mile delivery for D2C channels.

Logistics & Fulfilment:

- Coordinate with 3PL partners and courier aggregators to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries.

Packaging Optimisation:

- Develop eco-friendly and cost-effective packaging solutions.

- Standardized packaging sizes to reduce material and shipping costs.

- Improve packaging efficiency to minimize damages and returns.

Cost Reduction & Efficiency:

- Negotiate with vendors and logistics partners to reduce overall costs.

- Implement automation and process improvements to improve fulfilment speed.

- Identify and execute strategies to lower freight and last-mile delivery expenses.

Inventory Management:

- Monitor stock levels, demand forecasts, and replenishment cycles to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

Vendor & Supplier Management:

- Build strong partnerships with suppliers, packaging vendors, and logistics providers.

Customer Experience:

- Ensure high service levels by reducing delivery time, damages, and return rates.

Data & Reporting:

- Analyse supply chain metrics (lead times, fulfilment rates, logistics costs, packaging spend, etc.

Requirements:

- 4-7 years of supply chain experience, preferably in D2C, eCommerce, or FMCG.

- Strong knowledge of logistics, 3PLs, courier partners, and warehousing solutions.

- Proven track record of cost optimization in packaging and logistics.

- Hands-on experience with inventory management systems, WMS, or ERP tools.

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
