Human Resources Business Partner

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the MEA and ASEAN region. The incumbent will be responsible for driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives aligned with business goals. This role requires strong cross-cultural understanding, regional HR knowledge, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Location : Either Chennai, Hyderabad, or Mumbai (preferred). Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Partnership Partner with MEA and ASEAN business leadership to design and execute the people strategy in line with Geo objectives. Provide strategic input on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management. 2. Talent Management & Development Support leadership in identifying, developing, and retaining key talent. Implement regional talent review and succession planning processes. Drive learning and development initiatives tailored to regional needs. Performance Management 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a culture of inclusion, performance, and continuous improvement. Lead employee engagement and develop follow-up action plans. Manage employee relations and workplace issues, ensuring compliance with local laws and global policies. 4. HR Operations & Compliance Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure smooth execution of HR processes across MEA and ASEAN. Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and company policies, benefits across MEA and ASEAN region. Guide TA team on any developments on local laws, contracts etc.. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in HR preferred. 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a regional or multi-country HRBP role especially MEA. Strong understanding of MEA employment laws, HR practices is must. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Ability to work across time zones and travel occasionally within the region.
