This role offers an excellentopportunity to gain hands-on experience in event-based audience engagement, primarilyinvolving making calls to engage with potential attendees, providing them with event details, andencouraging registration. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, apersuasive approach, and a keen interest in learning about event management and audienceengagement.Key Responsibilities:● Assist in conducting outbound calls to prospective delegates, introducing them toupcoming events and encouraging attendance.● Support in answering inbound inquiries and/or emails, addressing event-specificquestions, and providing assistance with registration.● Learn to effectively communicate the value of attending events, tailoring messages toalign with delegate interests and industry trends.● Help manage accurate and up-to-date records of call interactions, registrations, andfeedback.● Assist with following up with leads and re-engaging past attendees to maximizeaudience participation.● Stay informed on event details, speakers, agendas, and industry developments to conveyrelevant and compelling information to delegates.
