Work Location - Ahmedabad (WFO)

Salary - Upto 60K (Rest depends upon skills and experience)


Roles & Responsibilities :-


  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and market segments to target for new business opportunities. Decide on Ticket Sizes
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare Proposals and Presentations: Develop compelling proposals and presentations to pitch our services to potential clients, with help of the team
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue growth by securing new business deals and expanding existing accounts.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a branding or marketing firm / ad agency / media company


Skills:


  • Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software, in tune with current trends in marketing
