We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our team at the India Development Center.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will be essential to all aspects of quality assurance and testing processes within our organization.

Leveraging your extensive experience and expertise in software quality,you will help define and implement strategic initiatives to enhance product quality, improve testing efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

You will be part of one of our software engineering teams where you will be writing and executing the test scripts (both manual and automated) for the new features that the team is responsible for.

You will help ensure the quality and understanding of often complex business requirements.

Additionally, you will be part of our cross-team QA Clan that continuously assesses the current state of the system and is driving the strategy for QA going forward, including both how to test already existing functionality, and how to ensure proper QA on future development (incl.

the tools and practices used for testing).

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test objectives, scope, and timelines.

- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to validate software functionality, performance, and security.

- Execute manual and automated tests to verify software functionality, detect defects, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Analyze test results and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to testing processes, methodologies, and tools.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and scalability of testing processes.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between testing activities and project goals, priorities, and timelines.

WHAT YOU BRING :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing and hands-on test automation.

- Manual Testing: Solid experience in writing, executing, and reviewing test cases.

- Database Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL.

- Automation Expertise: Strong knowledge of Java, Cucumber, BDD, and Gherkin.

- Experience in implementing automation test cases.

- Framework Development: Hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation test frameworks.

- QA Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and defect life cycle.

- CI/CD & Tools: Exposure to Jenkins and integrating test automation into pipelines.

- Knowledge on version control and build management tools (Git, Maven/Gradle).

- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze requirements and identify gaps in test coverage.

- Knowledge or experience of the Health and Fitness industry is a plus.

- Experienced in Automation Testing & Coding (Preferably Java + Selenium).

- Experienced in API Testing (Postman & RestAssured).

- Experience in Non-functional testing techniques.

- Performance Testing ( Good to Have).

- You will Conduct Performance testing on our API interfaces and Messaging Platform.

- You will Participate in product functional reviews, test specifications, documentation review.

- Identify, recommend and implement changes/process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of automated and manual test strategies and framework.

- Participate in daily stand up meetings.

- Help and facilitate resolving obstacles for team.
