The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a background in hospitality management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services:
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about the local area, transportation, and company policies.

Booking and Reservations:

  • Manage room bookings and reservations with central travel desk, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with company departments to accommodate Employee/Guest needs and schedules.
  • Maintain an updated record of reservations and room assignments.

Property Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the guest house, including rooms, common areas, and amenities.
  • Ensure the guest house is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors for repairs and services.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of expenses, inventory, and guest details.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and other relevant metrics.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control measures.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and implement safety protocols as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a guest house, hotel, or similar setting.
  • Proven experience in customer service and property management.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
