Talent Acquisition Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team in Mumbai. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support the end-to-end recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening: Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our candidate database and applicant tracking system.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in promoting Publicis Groupe as an employer of choice through various platforms and initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.


Requirements:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm: A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for recruitment and talent management.
