Mashreq - Senior Manager - Finance/Corporate Affairs - Enabler Finance & Planning

Description:Key Responsibilities:- Independently manage the finance and planning activities for the Technology & Legal Group across UAE and overseas geographies.- Serve as the central finance point for the Technology & Legal Group, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.- Ensure adherence to company financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain strict financial discipline.- Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide accurate, timely, and relevant financial information and insights.- Prepare and deliver ad hoc financial reports, trend analyses, and transaction reviews to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as necessary.- Facilitate smooth coordination between finance, business units, and external parties to ensure alignment with financial goals and compliance requirements.- Support audits, compliance reviews, and governance requirements related to the Technology & Legal Group finances.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.- Proven experience in finance management, preferably within Corporate Affairs, Technology, or Legal functions.- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes in a multi-geography environment.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced MS Excel skills.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Detail-oriented, with a high degree of integrity and commitment to financial compliance.
