Key Responsibilities:
- 6 to 8 years of experience as a technical writer in software documentation.
- Create comprehensive and accurate documentation for a developer audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams including developers, testers, technical leads, and product owners.
- Work on various types of documentation including API documentation, integration guides, feature
-level documentation, user guides, data flows, and user journeys.
- Use tools like MS Word, Confluence, and JIRA.
- Follow SDLC, STLC, and MSTP standards.
- Understand software development concepts, programming languages, APIs, SDKs, web technologies, and developer tools.
-Demonstrate exceptional writing and editing skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all technical content.
- Conduct in-depth research, gather information from technical sources, and synthesize it into understandable content.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an agile development environment and DDLC.
