abCoffee is India's highest customer-rated and first tech-enabled Specialty Coffee Company located in Mumbai. We bring India's best-grown coffees at honest prices to the people of India through our takeaway specialty coffee outlets. Our 100% specialty coffee is thoughtfully roasted to suit the Indian palate. We are on a mission to democratize specialty coffee, spur local coffee hubs nationwide, and inspire impactful change in communities.


Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Director of Brand and Marketing. The Director of Brand and Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing brand marketing strategies, managing the brand image, conducting market research, and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns. They will also be responsible for driving brand growth and strengthening brand loyalty.


Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Brand Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Brand Management skills
  • Hands-on experience in 0-1 journey in building a D2C startup with exposure to offline and online landscapes is a plus.
  • Experience in conducting market research, and doing data-driven marketing and brand campaigns.
  • Experience in implementing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of brand advertising is a bonus.
  • Full ownership of the marketing decision and brand communications.
