We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Luxury Jewellery Sales Professional to represent our brand, Kritarra, and provide exceptional service to our discerning clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury products, sales techniques, and customer service excellence. This role requires an individual who can build long-lasting relationships with clients and provide personalized shopping experiences.
Responsibilities
Sales Excellence:
- Drive sales by providing personalized assistance to customers in selecting high-end jewelry pieces.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and care instructions for jewelry collections.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Upsell and cross-sell luxury jewelry items, accessories, and complementary products.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through exceptional service, follow-ups, and personalized attention.
- Identify and anticipate the needs of clients, offering tailored recommendations and services to enhance their shopping experience.
- Develop a loyal clientele base by providing VIP services, including private viewings, exclusive events, and personalized product offerings.
Product Expertise:
- Continuously update knowledge of the jewelry collection, market trends, competitors, and brand history.
- Provide expert advice to customers on jewelry selections, proper care, and design details.
Administrative Duties:
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales records.
- Assist in inventory management and order tracking.
Qualification:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in fashion, business, or a related field is a plus
Experience:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail sales or a related field, with a strong background in high-end jewelry, watches, or fashion accessories.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-net-worth clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering an extraordinary customer experience.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury jewelry products, including diamonds, precious metals, and gemstones.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, basic computer software, and client management tools.
