Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and address market demands.

- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services to potential clients.

- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

- Prepare and present business proposals, including pricing strategies and value propositions.

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
