Ilyzly is a dynamic men's fashion brand with a strong presence online and in retail. We’re on the lookout for a kickass Performance Marketing Lead who can drive traffic and sales, online and offline, through strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns.


Job Overview:

As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube. You’ll work closely with our social media lead, design, retail sales, and leadership team to drive traffic, product awareness, conversion and customer retention. Your primary goal is to maximise ROI across digital and retail channels by leveraging paid media, innovative marketing techniques, and precise customer segmentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product inventory, upcoming launches, and plan marketing campaigns that align with product releases and customer interests.
  • Event/Festive Campaigns: Plan and lead marketing campaigns around key events and festivals to drive traffic both online and to physical stores.
  • Channel Optimization: Hands-on management of advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube. Continuously monitor and optimise for maximum ROI.
  • Customer Segmentation: Identify the right customer segments and continuously optimise these segments to target high-value audiences, improve conversions, and deliver better marketing outcomes.
  • Customer Funnel Marketing: Devise and implement creative marketing strategies across the entire customer funnel — from awareness to conversion to repeat purchases.
  • Retention Marketing: Help build the retention marketing funnel by planning targeted campaigns for repeat buyers and implementing personalised communication strategies.
  • Social Media Marketing Tools: Implement social media engagement tools for channels like WhatsApp, email, SMS, and more to enhance customer interaction and drive conversions.
  • Marketing Analytics: Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics, focusing on improving the ROI of both e-commerce and in-store marketing efforts.
  • Cross-Channel Integration: Develop and execute integrated campaigns that align digital efforts with retail promotions, ensuring seamless brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for optimal performance and return.


Key Metrics:

  • Marketing ROI for online business and retail stores.
  • Increase in website traffic, conversion rates, store walk-ins, and repeat buyers.
  • Efficient management of marketing spend across channels (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp, email, SMS).
  • Improved results from optimised customer segmentation and targeted campaigns.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with an e-commerce men's fashion brand.
  • Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and optimise customer segments for improved campaign results.
  • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to align marketing with product releases and retail objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage customer funnels from awareness to repeat purchases.
  • Familiarity with retention marketing tools (email, SMS, WhatsApp) to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
