Job Overview:

The Marketing Manager will lead the development, execution, and optimization of strategic marketing campaigns for Protein World, with a specific focus on the Slender range and other core products. This role requires a deep understanding of the *health and wellness industry* and the ability to work cross-functionally with the design and e-commerce teams. The Marketing Manager will ensure the successful delivery of seasonal and product-specific campaigns, from concept to execution, across multiple digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Protein World’s Slender range and other products, ensuring alignment with brand vision and business goals.

2. Collaborate with the Product Manager and Design Team to create marketing materials for seasonal campaigns, including new product launches and seasonal flavors.

3. Drive innovation and strategy for seasonal campaigns (e.g., Autumn Wellness, New Year Health Reset, Summer Body Prep) with a focus on simplicity and product value.

4. Work closely with designers to develop creative assets (social media posts, banners, email visuals, and web content) that resonate with the target audience.

5. Plan and manage multi-channel marketing efforts (including social media, email, website, and paid ads) for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.

6. Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, particularly in the health, wellness, and fitness industries.

7. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, measuring key KPIs (conversion rates, engagement, ROI) and making data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.

8. Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create authentic, engaging content that amplifies Protein World’s marketing reach.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the health, fitness, wellness, or nutrition industries.

- Strong understanding of product marketing, particularly with wellness products, supplements, or fitness-related offerings.

- Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, digital ads) and work within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

- Experience working with designers and creative teams to develop visually compelling content for digital marketing.

- Proficient in using marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.


Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with influencers and running influencer marketing campaigns.

- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative campaign ideas.

- Familiarity with CRM tools (Klaviyo) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify) for driving customer engagement.

- Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies for increasing organic reach.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Campaign performance metrics: Conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI.

- Customer engagement: Email open rates, social media engagement, and influencer content performance.

- Sales growth: Impact of marketing campaigns on product sales, particularly for the Slender range.

- Brand awareness: Growth in social media followers, website traffic, and overall brand visibility.
