Roles & Responsibilities


Market Research and Analysis:


  • Stay updated on the latest marketing industry trends, including emerging technologies, players, and market dynamics.
  • Analyze market potential and identify niche opportunities for business growth within the target industries.


Relationship Building:


  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, teams, and relevant industry partners.
  • Leverage your existing network to open doors and create new business collaborations.


Business Strategy:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify potential partners and clients, and create strategic plans to engage and convert them.


Partnerships:


  • Identify and negotiate partnership opportunities that enhance the company's brand visibility and revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create compelling proposals for potential partners.


Sales and Revenue Generation:


  • Drive sales efforts to secure new clients and partnerships in different sectors.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective relationship management and deal closing.


Event and Campaign Participation:


  • Participate in marketing-related events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase the company's offerings and expand the network.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of the agency's marketing campaigns and targeting.


Client Engagement:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions to address their unique challenges.


Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine business strategies and improve decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports outlining progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.


Collaboration and Communication:


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, brand development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing-related initiatives.


Salary: 35-40k + Incentives


Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong passion for marketing with an understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
  • Established network and connections within the marketing community.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, events, and industry conferences
