JOB SUMMARY:

We're hiring a Marketing Automation & Performance Manager to lead our integrated campaign strategy across email, CRM, and paid digital channels. This role is critical to driving qualified lead generation, customer journey automation, and campaign performance analytics—across both Indian and international markets.

You'll take full ownership of Salesforce - Pardot automation while also managing performance marketing campaigns via Google Ads, , and Meta. If you enjoy connecting creativity with data — and turning leads into revenue — this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • CRM & Marketing Automation
  • Own and optimize Salesforce-Pardot for lead capture, journey building, segmentation, and engagement.
  • Implement smart automation workflows across the marketing funnel.
  • Ensure database accuracy, enrichment, and hygiene for campaign targeting.
  • Monitor CRM performance and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.
  • Email & Campaign Management
  • Design and deploy lifecycle, nurture, and promotional campaigns.
  • Build automated lead nurturing workflows tailored by product, persona, and region.
  • Work closely with sales teams to deliver qualified leads with contextual intelligence.
  • Performance Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and .
  • Track key KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS) and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and messaging alignment.
  • Feed paid campaign data back into CRM for effective retargeting and lookalike strategies.
  • Event & Offline Integration
  • Integrate leads from trade shows and offline channels into CRM with appropriate follow-up workflows.
  • Align campaign timelines with event calendars and new product launches.

REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 4–6 years of experience in CRM management, email marketing, and paid campaign execution.
  • Strong command of Salesforce CRM and Pardot (certification is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Campaign Manager.
  • Analytical skills with a proven track record of driving results through marketing data.
  • Experience working across B2B, product-led, or global markets.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Certification in Salesforce-Pardot or Marketing Cloud.

Experience with marketing attribution tools, UTM tracking, and campaign dashboards.

Salary would be in line with the experience.
