About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and motivatedAGM – Sales (Closing Team Lead)to head our Closing Managers’ team across luxury residential projects in South Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep experience in luxury real estate sales, and a proven track record in driving high-value deal closures. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage a team ofClosing Managersacross multiple premium projects. Drive sales performance through structured KPIs, team mentoring, and process improvements. Handle marquee clients andHNI/NRIbuyers with personalized consultation and relationship management. Oversee the full sales closing process—from client engagement to booking, documentation, and payment milestones. UtilizeSalesforce CRMto monitor team performance, follow-ups, and conversions. Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Finance teams for seamless operations. Prepare MIS reports and sales trackers for leadership review. Track competitor activities and market trends within theSouth Mumbailuxury real estate segment. Provide actionable insights and strategies to optimize pricing, offers, and sales performance. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline;MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred . 12–15 yearsof experience in residential real estate sales with3+ years in a leadership role . Expertise in luxury real estate, closing operations, and high-ticket deal management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency inSalesforce CRMand familiarity withRERAcompliance and documentation. Strong understanding of buyer psychology and market dynamics in the luxury housing segment.
