The role requires strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM, along with excellent problem-solving and client management skills to deliver effective HR solutions.Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :- Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM modules, specifically Benefits and Payroll.- Gather business requirements, conduct system analysis, and design effective HCM solutions.- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.- Perform end-to-end testing, validation, and troubleshooting of HCM functionalities.- Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and issue resolution.- Drive system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes as per business needs.- Prepare and maintain system documentation, functional specifications, and user manuals.- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure system adoption.- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements within HCM processes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of project deliverables.Required Skillsets :- Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM with hands-on experience in Benefits and Payroll modules.- Strong knowledge of HR business processes and payroll operations.- Proficiency in system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.- Skilled in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions on time.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Experience in client interaction, stakeholder management, and project ownership.- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
