Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and Fast Formula to deliver seamless integrations and reporting solutions during Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud integrations with external and internal systems.
  • Build and configure integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP web services, and file-based loaders.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Configure and optimize HCM Extracts for payroll, benefits, and other HR data needs.
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, absence, and eligibility rules.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Ensure best practices in data security, performance optimization, and error handling for integrations.
  • Participate in implementation projects, including data migration, testing, and go-live support.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 38 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (technical/integration).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Proficiency in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formulas.
  • Solid understanding of HCM data model, payroll, and HR processes.
  • Experience in full-cycle implementation projects preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and provide performance tuning.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with client-facing experience.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Technical / OIC / HCM Extracts) is preferred
