Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong subject matter expertise (SME) in at least one of the following modules: Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, or Talent & Learning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, deep knowledge of HR business processes, and the ability to lead client workshops, design scalable solutions, and deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
  • Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders to capture and analyze HR processes.
  • Map as-is and to-be processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Prepare and review functional design specification (FDS) documents.
  • Configure and test Oracle HCM Cloud modules (based on area of expertise).
  • Design and support complex enhancements, integrations, and reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across small and large project setups.
  • Provide subject matter expertise throughout the full project lifecycle requirement gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Ensure compliance with business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 68 years of overall functional consulting experience, with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • SME in at least one HCM module: Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, or Talent & Learning.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and their alignment with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Ability to create and review functional design documents and manage configuration scenarios.
  • Good knowledge of integrations, reports, and enhancements in HCM Cloud.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in both small and large team environments.
