Tally and Excel Jobs

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated professional proficient in both Tally and Excel to join our accounting team. Your primary responsibilities will involve maintaining accurate financial records, preparing insightful reports, and assisting in accounting operations using Tally Prime and Excel.

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping (Tally Prime):

• Accurately record financial transactions, create vouchers (sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journals) in Tally Prime.
  
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting data.
  
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable effectively.
  

2. GST & Tax Compliance:

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) using Tally.
  
• Generate and manage E-way bills and E-invoices.
  
• Assist in TDS/TCS calculation, deduction, and compliance.
  

3. Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in Tally.
  
• Manage batch-wise inventory and track expiry dates.
  
• Generate inventory reports for informed decision-making.
  

4. Payroll & Statutory Management:

• Manage payroll processes including attendance tracking, salary calculation, PF, ESI, and professional tax.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  

5. Excel Reporting & Data Management:

• Create and maintain reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS).
  
• Develop financial dashboards and reports for management.
  
• Perform data validation and data cleaning.
  

6. Collaboration & Communication:

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams (Sales, HR, Management) to provide necessary financial data.
  
• Clearly communicate financial information and insights.

• Proficiency in  Tally Prime   for accounting and inventory management.
  
• Strong knowledge of  GST Compliance   and return filing.
  
• Understanding of  Income Tax, TDS & TCS Management .
  
• Experience in  Payroll Management and statutory compliance (PF, ESI) .
  
• Strong command over  Advanced Excel Skills   (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Conditional formatting).
  
• Excellent  analytical and problem-solving skills .
  
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
