Job Title: Tally Faculty

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching and Training
- Conduct training sessions on Tally Prime, accounting concepts, GST, taxation, payroll, and inventory management.
- Provide hands-on practical training to students with live examples.
- Guide students in understanding ledger creation, vouchers, inventory management, financial reporting, and statutory compliance in Tally.

2. Course Curriculum and Content Development
- Develop lesson plans and structured course material for Tally training.
- Keep the course updated with the latest changes in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial compliance.
- Prepare assignments, case studies, and real-life business scenarios for students.

3. Student Mentoring and Assessment
- Conduct periodic tests, quizzes, and assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide guidance and doubt-clearing sessions for students.

4. Industry and Practical Exposure
- Train students on business accounting, MIS reports, and financial statements using Tally.
- Ensure students understand compliance with GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and professional tax.

5. Batch Management and Administration
- Maintain student attendance and progress records.
- Coordinate with the administration for student queries and course completion certificates.
- Provide feedback to students and suggest improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance/Accounting) or any equivalent degree.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in teaching Tally or working as an accountant using Tally.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Tally ERP 9, GST, TDS, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex accounting concepts in a simple manner.
- Patience and dedication in mentoring students.
