Job Description

1.   Grow the firm business by acquiring new clients

2.   Actively acquire and activate new/ potential clients referral directly to the immediate supervisor

3.   Proactively engage with the immediate Reporting Manager, fix meetings and help in closure

4.   Actively monitor client accounts’ performance and provide any interventions required due to changes in market situation

5.   Ensure that the firm’s values, reputation and standing are always well protected when representing the firm in external forums

6.   Ensure that all activities are undertaken within the regulatory framework. Further, ensure that the company's policies and procedures are adhered to when performing their task

7.   Contribute towards product roadmap and how necessary integrations and licenses can be completed


Qualifications

1.   Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

2.   Master’s degree is preferred, specifically in Finance / Wealth Management

3.   Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in Finance/ Banking industry

4.   Previous experience with handling Retail Banking/ Wealth Clients


Domain Skills

1.   Good and sound understanding of the financial services industry and financial consulting responsibilities.

2.   Demonstrate strong interest in Financial and Capital markets.

3.   Experience in understanding the financial needs of HNI clients.
