Job Description:
This role is absolutely critical to the team's success. We need a seasoned professional to lead key accounts from Luxury & Beauty sector, as well as new clients that come in with confidence. At present, there's a clear gap—no one is equipped to engage senior client stakeholders, navigate complex, cross-functional conversations, or consult on integrated mandates involving strategy, 360° campaign planning, high-production films, and more.
While our current team has exposure, they lack the experience to drive these discussions at a senior, strategic level as projects evolve. This gap is also impacting operational efficiency—particularly around legal and finance processes, where oversight and experience are essential.
We're looking for someone who not only brings expertise in managing high-profile clients but also has the vision and acumen to grow the business, unlock new opportunities, and attract ambitious, exciting briefs.
Supports team to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
Works collaboratively across Dentsu and across network as needed – uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu
Project manages clients' communications plans including timelines and budget
Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working
Effectively lead and motivate internal team to produce best in class work
Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients
