Company: Comfort are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in D2C eCommerce to lead our website-focused digital growth across international markets (US, UK, UAE).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid media, email marketing, funnel optimization, and team leadership, with a proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering measurable results.

Key Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, Video), including YouTube Ads.

- Manage and optimize campaigns, maintaining strong ROAS and efficient CPA, CTR, CPC across platforms.

- Drive campaign strategy and execution for international markets including US, UK, and UAE, with localized messaging and targeting.

- Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative experimentation to optimize funnel performance.

- Develop and manage email and lifecycle marketing automation via platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, including segmentation and retargeting workflows.

- Leverage tools like GA4, Google Merchant Center (GMC), and attribution models to track performance, customer journeys, and channel impact.

- Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop high-performing ad assets and landing page experiences.

- Forecast campaign budgets, monitor KPIs (CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS), and provide actionable insights and reporting.

- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring high-quality campaign execution and performance management.

- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and performance marketing trends to ensure continuous 8- 12 years of digital marketing experience with at least 5 years in D2C eCommerce, specifically in website-focused performance marketing.

- Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, including Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube Video Campaigns.

- Strong background in email marketing automation and lifecycle strategies using tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.

- Deep understanding of conversion funnels, CRO, customer journey mapping, and full-funnel optimization.

- Proficient in using GA4, GMC, and attribution platforms for data analysis and decision-making.

- Demonstrated success managing campaigns for international markets (US, UK, UAE), with region-specific performance strategies.

- Experience handling and optimizing campaigns with ad spends of $50K+ per month.

- Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience, with the ability to guide strategy and execution.

- Strong command over key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CAC, LTV, and the ability to act on data-driven insights.

- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar eCommerce platforms is a plus.
