Job Description: Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Head of Growth / Founder

We are looking for a data-driven, growth-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy across channels. The ideal candidate will have a sharp analytical mind, creative flair, and deep expertise in optimizing ROI across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.

This is a high-impact, results-oriented role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about scaling brands through performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth with clear ROI targets
  • Own end-to-end campaign management – from audience segmentation, ad creatives briefing, A/B testing, to budget pacing and performance tracking
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL, etc.
  • Collaborate with design, content, tech, and sales teams to align messaging and drive conversion
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, new tools, and best practices in performance marketing
  • Manage and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels in partnership with design/tech teams
  • Manage ad tech tools, pixels, tags, attribution models, and automation tools effectively

Requirements

  • 4–6years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a high-growth B2C/B2B/D2C/start-up environment
  • Proven success managing budgets of ₹10L+ monthly and achieving strong ROAS/CAC metrics
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and third-party tracking tools (e.g., Mixpanel, AppsFlyer)
  • Strong analytical skills with an advanced understanding of performance metrics and data interpretation
  • Excellent understanding of conversion optimization and landing page A/B testing
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail and the ability to execute fast
