Mechademy is dedicated to revolutionizing industrial monitoring with innovative technology and targeted solutions.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for an Software Engineering Manager (9–13 yrs) to lead a cross-functional team across backend, Fullstack engineers, data, and ML and AI engineering — while staying hands-on with system design, concurrency, DevOps, and performance engineering. You’ll architect and scale high-throughput systems that blend AI, ML, and domain expertise — transforming raw sensor data into actionable insights. This is a hybrid role based in Gurugram, offering flexibility for some work-from-home days.Qualifications- Proficiency in Software Development and Software Design - Experience in Team Leadership and Leading Delivery - Strong knowledge of System Design, Distributed Systems and scalable architecture - Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Low level Design - Proficiency in either of these Java, Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields - Excellent communication and organizational skills
