Process Excellence Auditor will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and improving organizational processes to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role involves auditing existing workflows, identifying process gaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO-based best practices.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct internal process audits across departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, etc.) to assess adherence to defined SOPs and policies.- Identify process bottlenecks, redundancies, and non-compliance issues, and recommend actionable improvements.- Develop and maintain audit checklists, templates, and scorecards for process evaluations.- Collaborate with process owners to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and improvement metrics; report audit findings to management.- Support process documentation, SOP creation, and process mapping using tools like Lucidchart.- Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) sessions and continuous improvement (Kaizen) 56 years of experience in process auditing, quality management, or process excellence.Key Attributes:- Eye for detail and process orientation.- Ability to challenge existing practices constructively.- Self-starter with strong ownership and follow-through.- Collaborative and able to work across functions with minimal supervision.Why Join Vashi Integrated Solutions Ltd.:- Opportunity to be part of a growing Process Excellence function that shapes the companys operational excellence journey.Process Design & Governance:- Define and implement design principles for business process design, ensuring scalability and sustainability.- Establish global process design standards and frameworks; ensure compliance across all functions and geographies.- Lead, facilitate, and coordinate the design of global processes at the L4 process level.- Ensure alignment of process design with business objectives, compliance standards, and system & Performance Metrics:- Prepare and finalize success criteria, KPIs, and objectives tailored to ERP program Phases 2 and 3.- Monitor adherence to design principles and ensure high-quality deliverables across all process streams.- Drive consistency and standardization across global operations, minimizing process variations.
