- We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating content, driving engagement, and growing our online presence across all social platforms.

- This individual will work closely with the marketing team to promote brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and foster a positive online community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Social Media Strategy: Create, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.

- Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e. , original text, images, videos, and news) that aligns with brand voice.

- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid and organic strategies, to drive engagement and growth.

- Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day management of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.

- Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and moderate online comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong relationships with followers.

- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, provide regular reports on key metrics, and suggest data-driven improvements.

- Brand Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as design, PR, and product teams, to ensure brand consistency and unified messaging.

- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager

Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and strong visual design abilities.

- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e. , Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Personal Attributes:

- Passion for social media and staying ahead of trends.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.

- Basic graphic design and video editing skills
