Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Social Media Strategy: Create, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement.
- Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, images, videos) that aligns with brand voice and resonates with our audience.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid and organic strategies, to drive engagement and growth, monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day management of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others, ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and moderate online comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong relationships with followers and build a loyal community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, provide regular reports on key metrics, and suggest data-driven improvements to optimize social media strategy.
- Brand Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as design, PR, and product teams, to ensure brand consistency and unified messaging.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong track record of success.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and strong visual design abilities.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
