Weare seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to developimplement and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for creating content driving engagement andgrowing our online presence across all social platforms. Thisindividual will work closely with the marketing team to promotebrand awareness enhance customer engagement and foster a positiveonline community.KeyResponsibilities:
  • DevelopSocial Media Strategy: Create implement and manage acomprehensive social media strategy to align with businessgoals.
  • ContentCreation: Generate edit publish and share engagingcontent daily (e.g. original text images videos and news) thataligns with brand voice.
  • CampaignManagement: Plan and execute social media campaignsincluding paid and organic strategies to drive engagement andgrowth.
  • PlatformManagement: Oversee daytoday management of socialmedia platforms such as Facebook Instagram Twitter (X) LinkedInTikTok and others.
  • CommunityEngagement: Monitor respond to and moderate onlinecomments messages and reviews to foster strong relationships withfollowers.
  • Analytics &Reporting: Track and analyze social mediaperformance using analytics tools provide regular reports on keymetrics and suggest datadrivenimprovements.
  • BrandCollaboration: Work closely with other departmentssuch as design PR and product teams to ensure brand consistency andunified messaging.
  • StayUpdated: Keep uptodate with the latest social mediatrends algorithm changes and emerging platforms to ensure the brandremains relevant andcompetitive.
Qualifications:
  • Education:Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or arelatedfield.
  • Experience:Proven experience as a Social MediaManager
  • Skills:
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills.
  • Creative thinking and strong visualdesign abilities.
  • Proficiency in social mediamanagement tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google AnalyticsFacebook Insights).
  • PersonalAttributes:
  • Passion for socialmedia and staying ahead of trends.
  • Attention todetail and ability to manage multiple projects atonce.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
PreferredQualifications:
  • Experiencewith influencer marketing andpartnerships.
