To support the accounting and compliance operations of its new rPET trading entity, we are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Specialist to join the team in Kolkata.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting, invoicing, and compliance, with hands-on experience in SAP ERP and stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounting and invoicing operations in SAP. - Ensure timely billing, customer invoicing, and coordination with manufacturing units and customers. - Handle vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. - Prepare and maintain financial statements and support finalization of books of accounts. - Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, and other local regulations. - Support statutory and tax audits, coordinating with internal teams and external auditors. - Assist in MIS reporting, reconciliations, and maintaining documentation for all trading transactions. - Coordinate with Finance, Commercial, and Tax teams for compliance and reporting requirements.Qualifications and Skills Required- Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce/ CA - Strong accounting foundation with 5-9 years of experience in GL, AP, AR, audit, invoicing. - Proven ability to independently manage full-cycle accounting - Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (must have) and MS Excel - Ability to liaise with cross-functional teams (Finance, Commercial, Tax, and Operations). - Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills with attention to accuracy and timelines. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - both internal and external. - Ability to work in a fast-evolving business setup and contribute to process improvement and scalability.Interested candidates can send your CV atEmail: ann@anthroplace.inPhone: 9230998562
