**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, execute, and manage large-scale Google Ads campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering exceptional ROI.

- Conduct comprehensive performance analysis using advanced tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio) to track key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.

- Develop and implement advanced campaign optimization strategies, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to maximize effectiveness.

- Stay ahead of Google Ads algorithm updates, trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and sales, to develop integrated marketing campaigns.

- Manage international campaigns targeting diverse markets with a keen understanding of cultural and regional nuances.

- Build predictive models and forecasting tools to inform budget allocation and campaign scalability.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to a high-performing team, fostering skill development and innovation.


**Requirements:**

- A minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.

- Advanced proficiency with the Google Ads ecosystem, including Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor.

- Demonstrated experience managing campaigns across international markets, with strong cross-cultural understanding.

- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and the ability to distill insights into actionable strategies.

- Proficiency in English (verbal and written) with the ability to craft clear, persuasive presentations and reports.

- Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams and delivering results under tight deadlines.
