About the Role:
As the Founding Presales Manager at WiJungle, you will be a critical bridge between our sales efforts and our advanced technology. You will leverage your deep cybersecurity expertise and exceptional communication skills to articulate the value of our platform to prospective enterprise clients. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and a passion for customer success. You will not only guide clients through their cybersecurity journey but also help shape our presales strategies and contribute directly to product development through invaluable customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Solution Design: Work in close collaboration with the sales team to thoroughly understand customer requirements, pain points, and existing infrastructure. Design and propose tailored, comprehensive cybersecurity solutions utilizing WiJungles platform that directly address customer needs and demonstrate clear return on investment.
- Expert Product Presentation & Proofs: Lead and execute engaging product demonstrations, technical deep-dives, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and comprehensive presentations for diverse audiences including prospects, existing customers, and strategic partners. Effectively showcase the unique features, benefits, and competitive advantages of WiJungles offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a vital link between sales, product development, engineering, and customer success teams. Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, align with WiJungles product roadmap, and meet the specific business objectives of our clients.
- Documentation & Proposal Excellence: Take ownership of crafting clear, concise, and compelling responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and other critical presales documentation, ensuring accuracy and strategic positioning.
- Trusted Advisor & Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including technical teams, IT leadership, and C-level executives. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, effectively articulating the significant business value and strategic advantages of adopting WiJungles unified security platform.
- Market Representation & Thought Leadership: Represent WiJungle as a cybersecurity thought leader at industry events, conferences, webinars, and partner sessions, sharing insights and contributing to our brand's recognition and credibility.
- Product Feedback Loop: Actively gather and synthesize valuable customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence. Share these insights proactively with the product development team to inform future product enhancements and contribute to a continuous improvement Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity presales, solution architecture, or solution consulting roles.
- Education: MBA from a reputable institution is preferred, demonstrating strong business acumen and strategic capabilities.
- Technical Acumen: Strong, demonstrable understanding of core cybersecurity domains, including but not limited to: network security (firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, VPNs, proxies), endpoint security (antivirus, EDR, MDM), cloud security, and data protection.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication, articulation, and presentation skills. Must possess a highly professional and presentable demeanor in all forms of interaction.
- Translational Skills: Proven ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts and jargon into easily understandable business value propositions for both highly technical and non-technical executive audiences.
- Enterprise Engagement: Extensive and proven experience in successfully engaging with and managing enterprise-level clients, including conducting impactful conversations with CXO-level executives.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client engagements, industry events, and internal meetings.
