Must Have:
Strong technology background to understand change requests and to recommend alternate solutions
Strong project and coordination skills
Good understanding of business technology drivers and their impact on architecture design
Good understanding of performance and monitoring
Proficient in more than one specific infrastructure technology
Understanding of best practices and HNB policies
Advanced troubleshooting skills
Technical certifications as required
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) and ability to work both independently and in a group
Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize
Self-directed and accountable
Previous banking/financial industry experience
Good to Have:
Verifies hardware/software requirements, design and configure Local Area Network/Wide Area Network, Data Center Network and/or Voice Network Technologies.
Performs network equipment provisioning, equipment configuration, installation, monitoring and troubleshooting.
Supports network technologies and provides a high level of user support.
Maintains current professional and technical skills.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential:
Responds to requests from individual users.
Delivers project and process documentation for small-to medium-scale projects.
Performs all technical program tasks with minimal supervision.
Provides Level 1 & 2 support for the corporate enterprise network.
Verifies hardware/software requirements, design and configure Local Area Network/Wide Area Network, Data Center Network and/or Voice Network Technologies.
Performs network equipment provisioning, equipment configuration, installation, monitoring and troubleshooting.
Supports network technologies and provides a high level of user support.
Minimum Qualification:
•15 years of full-time education
•Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
