Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition and Telemarketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in screening potential applicants for various positions within our organization and actively engage in outbound telemarketing to attract and secure new clients, particularly in the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Applicant Screening:

  • Review and analyze incoming job applications, resumes, and cover letters.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.

Talent Pipeline Management:

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pool by proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a strong pipeline for future staffing needs.

Outbound Telemarketing:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the events industry to generate interest and secure new business opportunities.
  • Present company services and value propositions effectively to potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Address client inquiries, provide information about our services, and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and screening of candidates.
  • Previous telemarketing or outbound sales experience, preferably in the events industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
