Role Overview: Digital Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels for brand growth and revenue.

- Budgeting and ROI: Oversee budget allocation, tracking, and reporting for efficient resource utilization.

- Data Insights and Reporting: Create dashboards for data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing initiatives and enhance ROI.

- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of excellence.

- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

- Continuous Improvement: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and implement best practices.

- Branding and Repositioning: Revamp branding to align with the evolved product/value proposition.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing with a focus on branding, paid marketing, organic marketing, and SEO. B2C experience preferred.

- Proven success in revamping and repositioning established brands.

- Expertise in crafting and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.

- Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and insights to drive strategic decisions.

- Creative thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on problem-solving approach.

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
