Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning and Execution :

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

- Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks or delays.

- Proactively mitigate risks and implement contingency plans.

- Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.

2. Team Management :

- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.

- Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and provide guidance to team members.

- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

3. Stakeholder Management :

- Effectively communicate project status and updates to key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and vendors.

- Manage expectations and address concerns promptly.

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.

4. Quality Assurance :

- Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.

- Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and rectify issues.

5. Post-Project Analysis :

- Evaluate project performance and identify lessons learned.

- Share best practices and insights with the organization.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 15-20 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. , Agile, Waterfall).

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. , Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar.

- Experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.

- Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory compliance.

- Experience with data migration and system implementation projects
