With a mission to open micro-centres across India to cater to the increasing population of chronic kidney disease, TRP aims to make dialysis more accessible and convenient.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dialysis Operations Manager at The Renal Project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of dialysis centres, ensuring quality patient care, managing staff, and optimizing operational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • 5 yr Experience in healthcare operations management and dialysis services
  • Knowledge of Indian Society of Nephrology Guidelines and NABH standards
  • Strong commanding leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with good MS Excel knowledge
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Longe term and hunger to grow quickly in the organisation
